The Fifth DigiSkill Online Courses for Mastering Digital Project Management focused on Sustainable Project Management is on!
This course will explore the principles and practices of sustainable project management. It will focus on integrating environmental, social, and economic considerations into project planning and execution. Participants will learn how to assess and manage the sustainability impacts of digital projects, including resource allocation, waste reduction, and energy efficiency. The course will also cover the frameworks and standards for sustainable project management, such as the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Through practical exercises and case studies, participants will develop the skills to create and lead projects that contribute positively to sustainability goals while meeting their business objectives."

Esmeal Sheriff is a project management professional, consultant and educator with extensive experience in project management, business development and professional skills training. As a PMP-certified professional, he brings practical, real-world experience into his training and mentorship.
Every Thursday for 4 weeks, participants will join interactive 90-minute live sessions covering:
Integration of environmental, social, and economic considerations into project planning and execution
Management of the sustainability impacts of digital projects
Frameworks and standards for sustainable project management, such as the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
DigiSkill is an Erasmus+ initiative dedicated to bridging the digital gap in the youth and professional sectors. The project focuses on equipping young leaders and organizations with the essential digital competencies, innovative tools, and strategic mindsets required to thrive in a digital-first world.

Upon successful completion of the training, all participants will receive an official certificate to recognize their achievement.
