Study Visit

22-26 September 2025 | Kraków, Poland

Study visit for cultural institutions presenting various forms of cultural and educational activities, as well as meeting with representatives of organisations implementing projects in the Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps.

This meeting will be an opportunity to learn about good practices, exchange experiences and establish contacts that may result in future cooperation. Why Kraków? Because Krakow is rich in history and cultural heritage, it is an excellent scientific and academic base, and above all, it has an inspiring atmosphere because the city combines tradition with modernity - it inspires reflection and action.

The aim of the meeting: 

  • to deepen participants’ knowledge of international cooperation in the area of ​​culture and non-formal education,
  • to increase professional competences of people working in the culture and education sector,
  • to learn about the tools and opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programmes,
  • to develop skills in planning and implementing international projects based on examples of effective activities carried out by Polish institutions.

  • Representatives of organizations and institutions from cultural sector
  • Youth workers
  • Youth leaders

23-25 September 2025 – programme, study visits

26 September 2025 – departure day

Costs

Participation fee

This project is financed by the participating National Agencies (NAs) of European Solidarity Corps and Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme. The participation fee varies from country to country. Please contact your National Agency or SALTO Resource Centre (SALTO) to learn more about the participation fee for participants from your country.

Accommodation and food

Polish National Agency will organise the accommodation and will cover the costs for accommodation and food. 

Travel reimbursement

Please contact your NA or SALTO in order to know whether they would support your travel costs. If yes, after being selected, get in touch with your NA or SALTO again to learn more about the overall procedure to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
