Study Visit for Social Inclusion

Training Course

22-26 September 2025 | Athens, Greece

This activity gives participants the opportunity to explore tools for inclusion projects and share effective ways to support people facing social barriers in their projects and communities.

This Study Visit aims to highlight the priority of Inclusion & Diversity within the European Solidarity Corps (ESC). It offers participants the opportunity to explore and discuss practices, tools, and experiences related to volunteering projects, with a special focus on social inclusion and the active participation of people facing social barriers (such as LGBTQ+ individuals, migrants, and others).

The visit seeks to:

Raise awareness about how ESC projects can contribute to building inclusive communities.

Promote the integration of inclusion and diversity as a core element in project design and implementation.

Provide a deeper understanding of inclusive practices within the ESC context.

Inspire participants to develop more socially inclusive and effective projects.

Foster the generation of new ideas and encourage the development of partnerships focused on inclusion.

DATE & PLACE

The activity will take place in Athens, Greece (Candia Hotel). All participants will be accommodated in twin rooms.
