Strategic Retreat is designed to help you:
- Review your personal role within organization & define the areas of growth;
- Learn strategies to cope with uncertainty of today’s world;
- Analyze current challenges you’re facing as an organization;
- Create a roadmap for further strategic development and shape a sustainability plan;
- Find like-minded people to exchange experience and develop future partnerships.
We combine both NGO and business strategies to craft best solutions in personal
and professional areas and build the program on the crossroads of both.
We would love to have you in our program if:
- You are an NGO leader, decision-maker, youth worker or project manager who has direct impact on shaping your organization’s future;
- You’re a member of Erasmus+ Youth Academy;
- You’re 18+ and reside in one of the Erasmus+ Programme countries;
- You’re motivated to develop or refine your organization’s strategic vision and strengthen its long-term positioning within the NGO ecosystem;
You are comfortable communicating in English.
