Training Course
23 November - 1 December 2025 | Centola, Italy
Spread Your Wings is a transformative training course rooted in the principles of eco- and soul-centric development, a journey of crossing thresholds to unfurl one's wings, mature as conscious adults and serve Earth through deep nature connection.
Taking place at Centola, in Italy, this course offers youth workers the skills and knowledge to engage with young people through a heart-centered, soul-centered, and nature-centered approach, supporting their transformation and resilience.
The activities will focuse on personal growth and thresholds crossing and will be based on Bill Plotkin's Map of Wholeness model. Participants will integrate them as valuable resources for both personal and professional development while also supporting the growth of others, both youth and adults.
GUIDES OF THE PROGRAM
Alexandra Horea is a human development guide and mentor who creatively and wholeheartedly invites people into intimate and meaningful conversations with their Soul. She accompanies individuals on their psycho-spiritual journeys, calling them to fall in love with nature, metaphor, symbol, and feeling — and through this, to fall in love with themselves, so they may live their larger lives and offer their unique gifts to a world in need. As a guide, she creates purposeful spaces of self-discovery, weaving together her experience in depth psychology and soul-based practices, eco-centric development, embodiment, storytelling, poetry, and deep imagination She is a graduate of the Wild Mind Program and SAIP - Soulcraft Apprentiship and Initiation Program at Bill Plotkin’s Animas Valley Institute (USA), with a focus on eco-depth psychology of wholing and healing.
Annarita Falanga is a psychologist and guide of soul-centered travels, devoted to the Earth and to the luminous mystery of being human. She invites kindred spirits to fall in love with themselves while wandering through the great living body of the world. In Italy, Ireland, Romania, Morocco, and India she guides seekers in travelling as practice—awakening presence, wonder, and the deep belonging with the Earth and all its beings. Through Biodanza, song of the body and encounter of hearts, she opens portals of connection, where self, others, Nature, and something Greater move as one —tender, vibrant, and alive. Apprentice of Bill Plotkin’s Nature-Based Human Development Model and nourished by the soul-poetry of Alexandra Horea, she keeps learning to love more deeply, more freely, more wildly —herself, this life, and this Earth.
Valentina Calcò is a teacher devoted to holding spaces for youth, mentoring them to grow and mature, through reflection and connection, towards their place of belonging. Her work gravitates around the symbolic hearth, where she holds spaces for remembrance and transformation. Through stories, images, and poetry, she guides humans to remember their innate resources, liberate the imagination, and recognize their possibilities of becoming. She is apprenticing to grow as a guide and guardian of the liminal, watching over what risks being lost in sleep, to serve the world with her sensitivity and wisdom.
