Who's Got Game (Youth NGO)
Who’s Got Game is an innovative sports organisation that uses sport as a tool for social change.
We specialise in the development of basketball and sports participation among communities, hosting basketball workshops, camps and coaching sessions and events with young people, organisations and in schools and colleges all over the UK. We use sport as a tool to educate, inform and develop and encourage health active living. We are more than a sports organisation: we aim to motivate, inspire and bring the best out of individuals through the competitive use of sport.
We want to use sport as a tool to help transform and empower communities, creating better quality of life opportunities, optimism and hope, educating and instilling positive change and social value. Our work focuses on using sport and education to empower people to live better lives
Sport and recreation programs are a great way to create environments that are safe and can help to promote stable relationships among children. Such sports, like basketball, are providing children of all ages with opportunities to express themselves, to contribute their voice, opinions and ideas, and to become agents for change.
We aim to build refurbish, build and enhance communities using sport, which in turn will contribute to a more economic, just and peaceful society enabling people to benefit all the positives the sport has to offer. We organise sports initiatives nationally and internationally, to help develop the sport as well as provide help the less fortunate through our outreach's and initiatives.
