The Reality Check
Let’s be honest: Most youth workers have incredible hearts and world-changing ideas, but the communication skills of a dial-up modem. They go to seminars, they have the passion, but when it’s time to pitch a project or lead a group, they lose the room in thirty seconds.
Stop being invisible.
Speak Factor VI isn't a "nice-to-have" seminar. It’s an intensive and legendary laboratory (hey! 6th edition, just saying...) designed to turn your voice and body into your most powerful tools for social transformation. If you want to engage youngsters, convince stakeholders, or lead an NGO, you need to stop just talking and start shinning.
Here we don’t believe in "theoretical" learning. Here you come to work hard, presentation after presentation you will get ready to perform in a high-stakes Gala. A real stage, professional lighting, and a live audience. No notes. No safety net. You will have 4 minutes to deliver the speech of your life.
Let's say you’re a youth worker, leader, or volunteer (18+) resident in an Erasmus+ country. You speak English fluently, and you’re ready to get incredibly uncomfortable to become incredibly good. Now you have a choice... You can keep presenting projects that people forget five minutes later. Or you can come to Speak Factor VI and learn how to own the building.
