Training Course

9-16 November 2025 | Czech Republic

Learning That Inspires – Practical Methods for Modern Educators. A rich program of interactive workshops, collaborative activities, and non-formal education methods.

Join us for a dynamic 6-day international training course designed to empower youth workers, youth leaders, teachers, and trainers with practical and innovative non-formal education methods that make learning meaningful and engaging for young people.

This program brings together youth work professionals from across Europe to share experiences, exchange best practices, and explore creative approaches to working with young people in diverse contexts. Together, we will reflect on how youth work can support young people in developing the skills, confidence, and resilience they need to thrive in today’s world.

Non-formal education tools for youth work
Discover creative tools, games, and participatory methods to enrich your activities, boost youth engagement, and bring your sessions to life.

Reconnect with your motivation
Reflect on your role as a youth worker, explore how to make activities more meaningful for both you and young people, and reconnect with the passion that brought you to youth work.

Skills for the 21st century
Explore how to support young people in developing essential competences such as collaboration, critical thinking, adaptability, and empathy—preparing them for active participation in society.

Facilitating the learning journey
Strengthen your ability to guide young people in reflecting on their experiences, helping them grow in awareness, responsibility, and confidence—key elements of lifelong learning and active citizenship.

This training course emphasizes peer learning, self-reflection, and intercultural exchange, providing youth workers with new tools and perspectives to apply directly in their local communities.
