Explore key soft skills for effective communication, collaboration and intercultural teamwork in remote and global teams. Join this interactive DigiSkill webinar and strengthen your ability to work successfully in digital environments.

This webinar explores the importance of soft skills in digital environments, with a focus on communication, collaboration and intercultural teamwork in remote and global settings. As digital work and online cooperation become increasingly common, youth workers and professionals in non-formal education need to strengthen their ability to engage, communicate and build trust across cultures and distances.

During this 60-minute session, participants will gain practical insights into how to:

  •  communicate effectively in remote teams,
  •  navigate intercultural differences and diversity,
  •  build collaboration and trust in online environments, and
  •  apply key soft skills in digital and international contexts.

The session will be facilitated by Anna Rodríguez Casadevall, an experienced consultant and trainer specialised in intercultural competence and critical interculturality, working with universities and social impact organisations worldwide.

This activity is specifically targeted at youth workers, educators, trainers and other professionals in the field of non-formal learning, as well as young people interested in strengthening their competences for digital collaboration.

The webinar is organised within the DigiSkill project, which promotes digital, intercultural and professional skills through international cooperation, online dialogues and training opportunities.

Participants who attend the session will receive a DigiSkill certificate of participation.
