Training Course

Learn how to better speak in public. Improve your ability to negotiate, manage conflicts and crisis. Improve your teamworking and leading capacity. Improve your presentation and communication skills.
This structured intense course aims to enable participants to improve their soft skills such as teamworking, working in a multicultural environment, crisis and conflicts management, public speaking and communication, meeting management. Those skills are crucial in today’s world and makes a different in the quality of work and in the employability perspectives of the people working or planning to work in the field of education. All the participants will be awarded a certificate. Thanks to this course the participants will: - Acquire knowledge and tools about teamworking, conflict management, meeting management, public speaking and communication through specific theorical learning sessions; - Improve their practical soft skills through group exercises and tools’ simulations; - Cooperate and learn in international context improving their capacity to communicate in English and teamwork in a multicultural environment; - Improve their Curriculum Vitae competences and their employability perspectives; - Exchange best practices and share experiences with participants and staff coming throughout Europe; - Make contacts with individuals and organizations working in the field of adult education in Europe through everyday cooperation and networking and team-building activities; - Visit and network with Italian institutions; - Access the e-learning platform with introductive presentations and pubbliations; - Spend one week in Italy with travel, accommodation and food all covered by Grundtvig in-service training scholarship. The methodology is a mix of theorical lectures, practical exercises, multimedia contributes, discussions, tool presentations and simulations. Networking and cooperation among participants will be supported and stimulated at each stage. The class-based course is completed by the support of the E-learning portal that is a great support both before and after the attendance in Italy. YouNet based in Italy in 3 regions (Emilia-Romagna, Sicilia, Puglia) and we got a broad experience on EU projects and funds (Youth in Action, Europe for Citizens, Lifelong Learning Programme,…) and non-profit management.

YouNet works as a network in the Italian territory (where it’s working with other smaller NGO, local bodies, education institutions, …) and it has strong relationships with several NGOs all across Europe and beyond. YouNet it’s as well accredited as a EVS sending, hosting and coordinating organisation. It We develops also educational projects related to Europe and mobility with schools and democracy projects with local and regional national institutions.

Costs

All the costs (including travel, accommodation, food, tuition fee, materials, …. ) related to the participation to this training can be covered by a Grundtvig grant. The participants have to individually apply to their LLP Grundtvig National Agency before the 17th of September to obtain this grant. The fees are 780 € for accommodation and meals and 750€ for tuition and materials. These fee can be fully covered by an in-service training grant.
