“Social Media Tools” is an Erasmus+ Training Course designed to strengthen the digital skills of youth workers and help them use social media in a strategic, ethical and responsible way to engage young people in online environments.  The course uses non-formal education, interactive workshops and peer learning to develop practical competences in digital communication, online engagement, content creation, digital safety and responsible online participation. It also promotes intercultural exchange and cooperation among youth workers.

Throughout the training, participants will: Explore the characteristics and potential of major social media platforms; Develop skills in content creation (visual storytelling, short-form video, educational posts); Practice basic digital marketing strategies tailored to youth projects; Learn community management techniques to foster safe, inclusive and interactive online spaces; Reflect on ethical aspects, digital wellbeing and responsible communication.

The methodology will be based on non-formal education principles, including experiential learning, peer exchange, group work, simulations and practical workshops.
