The development and expansion of ICT, the internet, in particular, has transformed the way people, especially youth, communicate – this naturally brought youth work

  • To give in-depth knowledge about social issues on the local and national level. To increase the awareness to the following topics: climate change, gender inequality, youth unemployment, racism& migration problem;
  • To support the learning process and professionalization of participating youth workers in the field of social media methods;
  • To develop more methods in learning the human rights process in an easy language;
  • To increase youth workers and young people’s competitive аdvаntаges in using social media to tackle social problems in their local communities;

The young people participating in the project will obtain skills and competencies allowing them to increase their own proficiency in organizational management, communication, and strategic planning.

The consortium will immediately increase its own capacity in terms of external communication strategies, dissemination, and visibility of their activities throughout the incorporation of tools learned in their social media narratives. In the long run, the project will contribute to better recognition of the value of youth work through its increased professionalization. It will positively impact young people who are the final beneficiaries of Erasmus+ since they participate.
