Training Course
2-7 April 2026 | Rites, Latvia
SIT (Sink Into Transformation) is a 5-day personal development and integration training for youth workers, trainers, volunteers, and educators who wish to deepen self-awareness, prevent burnout, and cultivate sustainable ways of leading and supporting others.
Youth work often requires constant action, responsiveness, and emotional availability. After years of learning, facilitating, and supporting others, many practitioners feel the need not for more tools — but for space to integrate, reconnect, and realign with their values and inner resources.
SIT offers exactly that space.
Designed as a natural continuation of experiential leadership pathways such as LEC (Love Every Challenge), SIT shifts the focus from action to integration — from doing to being. The training invites participants to slow down, listen inwardly, and explore transformation through presence, reflection, and nature-based experience.
At the heart of SIT lies the question:
How can we support others sustainably if we are disconnected from ourselves?
The training combines elements of eco-deep psychology, experiential learning, embodiment practices, and nature-based methodologies. Participants explore personal and professional development through:
Nature & stillness
Solo time in nature, silence practices, and sensory awareness to restore attention, resilience, and connection with inner resources.
Embodiment & authentic connection
Movement, storytelling, council sharing, and creative methods supporting emotional integration, empathy, and relational presence.
Integration & reflection
Guided reflection processes helping participants transfer insights into youth work practice, leadership style, and everyday life.
Participants will:
The training takes place in the Latvian countryside, away from everyday distractions, creating a safe and supportive environment for deep learning and transformation.
When: 2–7 April 2026

Our approach is based on adventure, community, and reflection – helping people discover their strengths, values, and inner compass through direct experience. We are part of the international network of experiential educators and have guided thousands of participants to stretch their comfort zones, connect with themselves and others, and grow into active, conscious leaders in their own lives and communities.
