Sensory Art in Youth Work

The course provides guidance on how to build inclusive spaces for people with sensory disabilities. It gives an overview of what sensory disabiliites are, and what barriers people face when engaging in creative activites. It explains inclusive art exhibtions that have taken place across Europe, to help youth workers feel inspired to incorporate similar practices in their workplace. It also provides examples of sensory art activities that youth workers can use to test our sensory art activities. The reading materials are in English, but the video content has the option of subtitles in English, Bulgarian, Norwegian and Turkish. The course is available on Google Classroom, code szr3anl.
