Seminar: Network Jam

Seminar

2-11 March 2026 | Târgu Frumos, Iași, Romania

Network Jam is a seminar for youth workers and organizations focused on quality Erasmus+ and ESC projects, youth worker well-being, working with emotions, and building strong partnerships through practice, exchange, and collaboration.

Network Jam is an 8-day working seminar for youth workers, youth coordinators, facilitators, and representatives of youth organizations who are actively involved in non-formal learning and youth work, especially within Erasmus+ and ESC projects.

This seminar is designed for people who want to improve the quality of their youth work. Network Jam offers a space to meet other professionals, exchange real experiences, and experience methods, tools, and approaches that can be used directly in youth projects.

A central focus of the seminar is working with emotions in youth work. Participants will bring and explore concrete activities and practices that support young people in understanding and managing emotions, while respecting professional boundaries in non-formal education.

Network Jam also addresses the reality of working in youth projects. Topics include youth worker well-being, leadership, project management, and mental health support, with open discussions about stress, burnout, workload, and why many youth workers leave the field.

The seminar connects experienced Erasmus+/ESC organizations with organizations that are still developing their projects. Participants will share tools such as templates and working processes, learn from each other’s experience, and explore opportunities for future cooperation and partnerships.

To apply, please fill in the form: https://forms.gle/vV8wKTwEyuPctqmE8. For more details about the project, check the infopack: https://www.canva.com/design/DAG-_VySUl0/I1ng4YJ24K6WK193XS72ng/view

Priority will be given to:

  • participants sent by organizations with a clear role in youth work and project implementation;
  • organizations interested in future cooperation and partnership building;
  • a balanced mix of experienced Erasmus+/ESC beneficiaries and organizations with less experience, to encourage mutual learning.

The working language of the seminar is English, and participants should be able to communicate and work in English in group settings.

Selected participants are expected to:

  • actively contribute during the seminar;
  • share tools, methods, or experiences from their work;
  • support a respectful, safe, and collaborative learning environment.
