Training Course

1 November 2025 - 1 September 2026 | Chisinau (Moldova), Stockholm (Sweden), online, Sweden

SAYP: Inclusive Leadership & Youth Work in the Eastern Partnership empowers young professionals from EaP countries to foster inclusive youth participation. The program consists of online engagement & onsite meetings in Moldova and Sweden.

This training programme, offered by Fryshuset (Sweden) in partnership with Armenian Progressive Youth (APY) and supported by the Swedish Institute (SI), is tailored for young professionals working in non-formal education and youth work across the Eastern Partnership region (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine).

The programme strengthens the capacity of youth workers, civil society actors, policymakers, and public servants to design and implement inclusive, youth-centered approaches that increase participation and engagement among marginalized and diverse young people.

Participants will:

  • Explore inclusive, diversity-sensitive, and youth-participatory practices in non-formal learning;
  • Gain tools and methodologies to identify and reduce barriers to youth participation;
  • Strengthen their ability to empower young people with skills and access to spaces for engagement;
  • Collaborate with peers across the region to exchange best practices and co-create solutions to common challenges.

Structure:

  • Introductory Online Module: November 2025
  • Onsite Training in Moldova: January 2026
  • Online Learning Modules: March–May 2026
  • Onsite Module in Sweden: June 2026
  • Follow-up Roundtable (Ukraine or Georgia): September 2026 (for local participants)

The training is fully funded and delivered in English. It is designed for professionals aged 25–40 who are actively working in youth work, civil society, or policymaking and who hold a mandate to lead change within their organization or community.

Apply until 26 August 2025 to become part of a transformative learning journey promoting youth inclusion across the region.
