“Roadmap v1.0” - An Entrepreneurship Spirit A project on Igniting Entrepreneurship Skills of Youth We are happy to announce the call for participants for the project “Roadmap v1.0 – An Entrepreneurship Spirit”, which is to take place in Eskisehir, Turkey. This project is designed to address subjects such as youth unemployment, self-development, risk taking, comfort zone, tailored research, passion & motivation, business idea & plan creation, business model practice with process management, model practice observation + evaluation & re-design. Our Aim: To identify & develop youth entrepreneurial skills by focusing on topics such as business models, risk taking, research & evaluation. Our Training Model: The project will have an interactive approach based on non-formal education and experiential learning methodologies. These methodologies will be applied with concept related tools in workshops & self-designed open-space environments with the inclusion of project trainers & participants. Another Project on Entrepreneurship? We believe that there are a lot of creative ideas laying inside the minds & passion in the hearts of young people. They only lack a path where they can feel they’re reaching to the stars with their feet on the ground. As Eskişehir Development Association supporting the youth on topics around the entrepreneurship theme is one of our organizational objectives. Who should participate? People who; *are motivated , likes teamwork, enjoys participation, are responsible. *aims positive impact on society by the organizations they have joint / are going to join with the motivation of getting know new cultures. *have the passion for understanding the components of organizations. *are active youthworkers who want to increase their level of skills about organizational management and who has the experience of youthwork at least about 1 year. (included managers, active members, leaders, project managers, project leaders, responsibles, board members etc.) *has enough speaking level of English to easily participate to debates, brainstorms, working groups, presentations etc. during the project. (This is a TC Project! It contains several sessions & workshops on topics related with the core subjects and It has more intense agenda than any YE) * are in between 18-24 years old. Further Details & Selection The activity of the project will take place in Eskişehir, Turkey (8 days) in August 2018. There will be 3 participants selected from each country. Costs

Accommodation: Will provided for free during the activity. Program: Will start on 2nd of August evening and end on 9th of August evening. Venue: All the TC will take place at the same location. Food & Coffee Breaks: We will cover 3 meals & 2 coffee breaks per day. Transportation: The expenses for transportation will be covered according Erasmus+ Program distance calculator. Reimbursement: The reimbursements will be done after we receive all documents of transportation: Flight/Bus/Train/Metro tickets & receipts. Limits For Each Country Per Person: Greece (275€), Italy (275€), Lithuania (275€), Moldova (275€), Poland (275€), Portugal (530€), Romania (275€), Slovakia (275€), Spain (360€), Ukraine (275€), Turkey(0€).
