Nuorten Akatemia (Youth NGO)
Nuorten Akatemia (Youth Academy) is a Finnish NGO that strengthens youth participation and supports adults who work with young people. We help schools, municipalities, ministries, wellbeing services and organizations to collaborate meaningfully with youth by designing participatory workshops, co‑creation processes and training. Our work focuses on amplifying young people’s voices, creating opportunities for them to influence issues that matter to them, and developing inclusive methods that bring youth perspectives into decision‑making.
