The main goal ofthis projectis to increase leadership competencies in 4 types of resonant leadership types so that people will build RL-based attitudes in themselves after training. The recipients will be 29 youth workers from 8 countries. The project will consist of 2 stages:
The main areas/issues of the training are non-violent communication (NVC), use of tools  (self) coaching, getting to know and self-diagnosing emotions according to the 8 families of emotions, using tools of metaphors visual metaphors in working with the group, tools for building leadership together with the group (multi-vote, consensus), question thinking; modern and inclusive
educational tools online and stationary.

 What you’ll learn:

• Self-coaching & emotional awareness tools
• Visual metaphors & storytelling in education
• Group decision-making methods (multi-vote, consensus)
• Modern educational tools – both offline & online

•  workshop scenarios
•  storytelling tools
• …all created by and for youth workers!
