Mind: The current social and economic systems disrupt our planet's natural balance. Technology alone will never solve our problems. True resilience requires a profound shift in our belief systems and unlearning much of what we’ve been taught.
Hands: We must not only recognize their urgency but also take meaningful action guided by the principles of permaculture and low-tech in our everyday lives, in all places.
Heart: But we can't do that if we feel overwhelmed and anxious. We will address self-regeneration and connection with others and the natural world.

Accommodation and food are covered by the E+ programme and 60 euro fee.
Travel reimbursement
All travel must be by land or sea.
