Resilience Outdoors - Inclusive and Sustainable Youth Work

Training Course

6-16 September 2026 | Dobczyce , Poland

It’s a training on outdoor education for youth workers with focus on using approach as a tool to build resilience among youth.

This project aims to strengthen the capacity of youth workers to use outdoor education as a safe, inclusive and eco-responsible method in everyday youth work. Instead of treating outdoor activities as occasional or exceptional, the project will help partner organisations turn them into a regular, structured and recognised practice that supports young people’s wellbeing, participation, cooperation and personal development.

-Strengthen safe outdoor youth work practice by learning how to plan and facilitate outdoor activities with  risk awareness and safety procedures.

-Develop practical outdoor and expedition skills such as navigation, first aid, equipment management etc.

-Learning how to make outdoor education more inclusive and accessible

-Promote eco-responsible outdoor practice

-Improve the quality of non-formal learning

-Support transfer of learning to the everyday work of educators
