E-learning
1 April - 30 June 2026 | Greece
This training course is designed for youth workers, youth leaders and trainers who work with (or intend to work with) young migrant women facing intersectional discrimination.
The programme equips participants with theoretical frameworks, practical tools and methodological approaches to integrate entrepreneurship education as a tool for empowerment, autonomy and social inclusion within youth work practice.
Grounded in self-leadership theory, entrepreneurial thinking and intersectionality, the training strengthens participants’ capacity to understand and address the multiple and overlapping forms of discrimination affecting young migrant women. Participants will critically reflect on dominant narratives around entrepreneurship and examine how migration background and social context influence women's access to opportunities.
Through participatory methods, peer exchange and reflective practices, the training enables youth workers to:
-Understand entrepreneurship as a holistic, human-centred competence within youth work
-Apply self-leadership approaches to support young people in identifying strengths, aspirations and resources
-Analyse how intersectionality impacts young migrant women's participation, employment pathways, wellbeing and inclusion
-Develop inclusive educational strategies to respond to discrimination and transform challenges into learning opportunities
-Create supportive local and transnational networks for young migrant women within their communities
By the end of the course, participants will have strengthened their professional competences to design, adapt and implement inclusive entrepreneurship-based learning processes, fostering agency, resilience and active participation among young migrant women in their local contexts.
