Reinforced Mentorship. Zooming into creating inclusive environments in European Solidarity Corps Projects

E-learning

19 December 2025 | Online, Austria

Needs, good practice and recommendations on implementing reinforced mentorship in ESC projects.

This year’s Mentoring under Construction activities focused on Inclusion and Reinforced Mentorship. Various MeetUPs and podcast episodes provided a space to explore and discuss hidden exclusion related to young people with visual impairments, deaf and hard of hearing youth, neurodiverse youth and LGBGT+  youth. A research on approaches, practices and experience with reinforced mentorship brought additional insights into support for inclusion efforts in our field of European Solidarity Corps projects.

In this intensive workshop we would like to share this year's insights and conclusions we drew, both from the research as well as from our events.

Join us to explore:

  • What is reinforced mentorship? And why is it important?
  • How can we create an inclusive environment in ESC projects?
  • How do you implement reinforced mentorship?

This intensive workshop is for…

…mentoring practitioners, such as mentors, project coordinators, project managers of ESC organisations and others interested in inclusion and reinforced mentorship

  • Personal and professional development to keep up with the emerging challenges in the field of mentoring
  • Knowledge sharing and good practices

A vibrant network of mentors, ready to support one another, learn and develop
