REFLECTED REALITIES

Training Course

3-11 July 2026 | Vinci, Italy

The Training explores self-perception and identity—the image we hold of ourselves—and how society shapes it, influencing young people’s growth and participation. Uses creative, experiential methods to foster self-awareness, self-expression, and empathy.

This Training Course is designed for youth workers, educators, and facilitators, focusing on self-perception and identity—the image we hold of ourselves—and how societal influences shape young people’s development, participation, and sense of belonging.

Through a rich mix of creative and experiential methods, participants explore self-awareness, self-expression, and empathy. The programme combines structured workshops, outdoor activities, and intercultural learning, all set within the inspiring natural and cultural environment of Vinci.

Activities include self-reflection practices such as gratitude journaling and the wheel of life, alongside creative approaches like storytelling, theatre, and empathic dance. Group processes—debates, world cafés, cultural visits, and even positive gossiping—encourage dialogue, sharing, and deeper understanding.

Participants are equipped with practical tools, including methods like the Johari window, to support young people in exploring identity and personal growth. The course also creates a safe international space for reflection and co-creation, fostering connections and building a sustainable European network for youth empowerment.
