Ready 4 Life? A webinar on resources for youth workers and educators to work on the topics of life
and career choices, mental health and critical thinking with young people.
Thursday, 12th of November, 13:00 - 14:00 CET
The project in a nutshell:
Our goal is simple: help young people feel more ready for life - and give youth workers and educators better tools to support them. “Ready 4 Life: MindShift” is an Erasmus+ Youth partnership project that strengthens young people’s capacity to navigate information overload, mental well-being challenges, and complex life and career decisions. The project combines research, youth-friendly digital content, and practical tools for youth workers and educators. The focus topics of the project are: (a) life and career choices, (b) mental health, and (c) critical thinking and media literacy. The target groups of the project are: (1) young people in transition to adulthood, and (2) youth workers and educators.
The context:
The transition to adulthood has become increasingly complex due to digital information overload, rising mental health struggles, and overwhelming career choices. Young people often lack the skills, guidance, and accessible resources necessary to navigate these challenges effectively. Educators and youth workers, particularly in rural areas, also face difficulties in finding engaging, structured tools to support youth in these critical areas.
