Questioning Migrations Week

Conference – Symposium - Forum

14-16 May 2024 | Online (Zoom), Greece

This event aims to gather youth workers, civil society, researchers, and political decision-makers to facilitate the comprehension and implementation of the pedagogical materials of “Questioning Migrations.”

Strengthening connections at the local level with a common message for European citizens while European elections are taking place. Does it say something to you? Therefore, a new unjust pact on asylum and immigration has been approved by the European Commission. What else do you need to move and question yourself about the future of Europe and your present and future !?

Are you ready for the “Questioning Migrations” week?

This event aims to gather youth workers from non-formal education, civil society, researchers, and political decision-makers to stimulate transdisciplinary cooperation in Europe and facilitate the comprehension and implementation of the pedagogical materials of “Questioning Migrations.”

Our project, “Questioning Migrations,” aims to unite researchers and non-formal education organizations to craft creative teaching resources and foster critical thinking among Europeans about EU migration policy.

We will divide this week into two online events:

The first day
14th of May, 14.00 - 16.00 CEST | online event
Objective: To take you into the heart of the pedagogical kits and to enable you to appropriate the contents of these tools in order to continue to spread them across Europe.
Audience: Youth workers and socio-educational facililators

The second day
16th of May, 10.00 - 12.00 CEST | online event
Objective: To provide a general overview of the experience in transdisciplinary European cooperation and to create a space for discussion on possible future collaborations in new projects.
Audience: Youth workers and Organisations interested in education on migrations, non-formal education and promoting EU active citizenship.
