High youth unemployment rate in the South Italy, lack of work forces in the North, misuse of workers, inequality of domestic and foreign workers, lack of information about rights and possibilities.Those are issues that European Labour Market faces today.

This Training Course will offer youth workers and young leaders from 8 Program Countries a possibility to learn how to promote labour mobility, how to help young people to find information and use tools provided by European Commission such as EURES, Erasmus plus, guaranteed rights and limitation, what support young people working in other member state can get, etc. Participants will also gain leadership skills and develop local, regional, national and international projects consenting youth labour mobility, but also get introduced about role of EU in our everyday life. Program of the Training is adapted to the needs of participants and contain various forms of non-formal learning methods such as simulations, brainstorming, work in the groups, debates, presentations, etc. The project will gather representatives of youth organisations and organisations working with youth from Italy, Malta, Croatia, Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Greece, Spain and will be hosted in Giovinazzo ( Metropolitan area of Bari), Italy from 09.04.2016. until 16.04.2016. by EUROSUD. EUROSUD is established by a number of experts with a goal to offer a support, help, services
and counselling in the area of civil society and democratic institutions development, civil values, and non-formal education for all citizens (especially for young people).
EUROSUD organizes events (round tables, debates, seminars and workshops) about activism,
education, promotion and exchange regarding human rights, development of local, regional,
European and international cooperation. EUROSUD especially promotes development of
creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship and sustainable development (of civil society).
The aim of the organization is to facilitate the communitarian European integration, and promote the knowledge of the European culture among the young people, in particular, and of all the citizens, in general. We aim to improve the quality of life of people in our town and the region of Puglia, as well to foster social inclusion and civic activism. Our goals are also to develop cultural, democratic, social and ecological conscience among youth, to encourage cooperation of young people with different interests and activities, and to increase influence of young people on the local community.

Costs

Limits for travel costs reimbursements are: Malta, Spain, Greece and Romania: 275 Euro Croatia and FYR Macedonia: 180 Euro Italy: 0 Euro TDM2000 Polska to applyforprojects@gmail.com Please make sure you have return tickets for all stages of your travel (return plane tickets, return bus tickets, etc.). Reimbursement will be given only on the basis of an existing ticket. No advance reimbursement for future tickets will be given. Participation fee of 10 € will be detracted from your travel cost.
