Training Course

Strengthen the ability of youth workers to develop great ideas, engage supporters and collaborators around them, and ultimately bring those ideas to life.

In “Project Alchemy” you will have the chance to:
-get familiar with a general structure of projects and steps you should pass in order to turn idea into project

-think about your own idea in "project categories"

-develop particular idea and get inspiring reviews

-try different tools and approaches used to create projects in youth work-learn from good practice examples of organisations used to turn ideas and missions into reality

-learn about giving and receiving factual feedback

-find strengths and weaknesses of one's own personality in relation to project thinking

Accommodation and food

You will be sharing rooms in smaller groups of people (2-4); there are shared showers and toilets. The accommodation is simple, but comfortable enough and it´s situated in a calm part of the city to provide time to rest. The accommodation facility is not wheelchair
accessible. 
Programme includes excursions and transfers - so participants need to be ready to travel 
(local public transport). The clubhouse of the Brontosaurus  headquarters (Cejl 35, Brno) near the city center will be used for the program.
The food provided during the program will be a healthy, compassionate and environmentally conscious diet: a delicious plant-based diet (with dairy options). We will have meals 3 times a day and smaller coffee breaks will be available during the day.

Accomodation and food as described is funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.

Travel reimbursement

Thavel costs will be reimbursed up to the amout mentioned in the infopack according to the travel distance and means of transport. Using the most efficient and economical transport is mandatory for the reimbursement.
