Training Course
13-20 May 2026 | Kopparberg, Sweden
Do you want to be PRO at Erasmus+ projects?
PRO – Project Readiness for Erasmus+ Organisations is a 6-day training course designed for new NGO leaders, managers and project coordinators who want to strengthen their capacity to design, implement and coordinate high-quality Erasmus+ KA1 projects.
Many organisations struggle with structuring projects, coordinating partners, ensuring quality in implementation and managing reporting requirements. This training addresses those challenges by providing practical tools and clear structures for managing Erasmus+ projects from start to finish.
The training is organised by Awesome People (Sweden), a youth organisation with more than 10 years of experience working with Erasmus+. Through its Erasmus+ accreditation, the organisation currently implements around 10 Erasmus+ projects every year, including youth exchanges and training courses.
The course is based on the Erasmus+ KA1 Playbook, a practical guide developed by Awesome People from years of hands-on experience coordinating Erasmus+ projects. Participants will explore the full lifecycle of Erasmus+ projects – from identifying needs and designing strong project ideas to partnership management, budgeting, implementation, evaluation and impact.
The training will combine interactive learning sessions with practical exercises where participants work step-by-step on developing their own Erasmus+ project structures. Participants will also exchange experiences and good practices with other organisations across Europe.
The training aims to:
✔ Strengthen participants’ understanding of the Erasmus+ project lifecycle
✔ Improve the quality of Erasmus+ KA1 project design and coordination
✔ Provide practical tools such as templates, checklists and planning frameworks
✔ Support participants in developing their own Erasmus+ project structures
✔ Create a space for exchange of practices between youth organisations
Participants should be:
• New NGO leaders, managers or coordinators working with Erasmus+ projects
• Responsible for KA1 Erasmus+ projects or planning to take this role
• Interested in improving the coordination and quality of Erasmus+ projects
• Motivated to actively participate in practical and hands-on sessions
• Aged 18+
The training is suitable mostly for participants who are new to coordinating Erasmus+ projects but also for those with experience who are looking for new inspiration, structures and tools.
