POLISH YOUR YOUTHWORK - Training Course for Quality Label Organisations

Youth work of organisations who hold Quality Label is definitely enriched with ESC volunteers presence.
It brings lots of positive aspects and impacts, same as challenges, new situations.
Quality never goes out of style - right ?
So let's Polish our youthwork dear Quality holders!
TC OBJECTIVES:
- To support organizations who has Quality Label and involve in their everyday youth work international volunteers
- To support organisations in their process of gaining Quality Label
- To review risk assesment strategies
- To exchange experience and good / not so good practices
- To empower the resilience of youth workers and organizations
- To provide the space for networking and partnership-building.
PARTICIPANT PROFILE
Representative of youth organisations holding Quality Label or organisations who are in the process of applying/gaining
We welcome first of all fresh organisations, with little experience.
The activity will be facilitated by experienced trainer, external expert of QL of Polish NA.
WINDMILL TREE philosophy
We organise our trainings in the countryside - close to nature, in order to give participants the opportunity to slow down a little bit and take care of their own mental health.
We promote healthy, local food, based on a vegetarian and vegan diet - therefore during the TC we have plant-based cattering.

Accommodation and food
Windmill Tree Foundation provides accommodation and meals for the participants.
Participants will be accommodated in mixed-nationality rooms. Participants will be devided into rooms acording to the same gender.
Provided food is vegetarian/vegan based.
Travel reimbursement
Participants get reimbursment of travel costs according to Erasmus + reimbursement rules
