Three phase training course about effective methods of outdoor learning and experiential education for youth workers. "What I hear, I forget. What I see, I remember. What I experience, I can put to use."
During the project you will: 1) deepen your knowledge and skills in the field of experiential education and will be able to apply them while working with youth. 2) experience and learn the principles of experiential learning while working with culturally and socially heterogeneous group and with groups of young people with fewer opportunities. 3) have the opportunity to deepen self-knowledge and develop their key competencies The training will be divided in three parts: I. Part A – Training course: 6th - 13th June 2015 (excluding travelling days) II. Part B – Put in Action: between June and August 2015 III. Part C – Epilogue: 28th -29th August 2015 (excluding travelling days) more info: see the call for participants

The training course is organized by a non-formal group Czekobanda. Czekobanda has organized several different Youth Exchanges and Training Course using the methods of experiential education. Some of the trainers are instructors of Outward Bound Czech Republic.

Costs

Participation fee: 40€. The maximum travel costs which will be reimbursed per participant per country: CZ - 180€ Hungary - 180€ Germany - 180€ Cyprus - 360€ Italy - 275€ Croatia - 180€ Slovakia - 180€ The expenses of food and accomodation by the Eramus+ programme.
