Training Course
15-21 March 2026 | Italy
Permayouth 3.0 is an Erasmus+ training course for youth workers, trainers and educators actively working in the field of non-formal learning and youth work. The training explores permaculture as a practical and value-based framework for social transformation, sustainability and community empowerment.
The course is competence-oriented and designed to strengthen participants’ capacities to integrate ecological thinking into youth work practice. Through non-formal education methods such as experiential learning, peer exchange, reflection circles, field visits and collaborative design sessions, participants will explore how permaculture ethics (care for the earth, care for people, fair share) can inform inclusive, participatory and socially responsible youth work.
A central learning process of the training is the collective co-creation of a Manifesto. This structured group work supports participants in translating learning into concrete actions, dissemination strategies and follow-up initiatives adaptable to their local contexts.
The activity follows the principles of non-formal learning and includes structured reflection moments connected to Youthpass. Participants will leave with practical tools, strengthened professional competences, increased European networking capacity and concrete plans for transferring learning into their organisations and communities.
