Partnership-building Activity

Within the project “Perform yourself" we create a toolbox for youth workers. PERFORM YOURSELF focuses on helping Young People with Training and Jobs in Arts and Creativity.
Why are we doing this project?
Some young people seem disconnected from society and the conventional educational system. They are unable to follow a school system that does not respect their interests in Arts and Creativity. They need answers that match their abilities and interests.
During the project, participants will learn about Non-Formal Education and Professions related to Art and Creativity, creative thinking and entrepreneurship in the performing arts. The Perform Yourself project aims to respond to these youths'needs and interests.
Goals
- To show to the young people the possibilities of non-formal education;
- To inform about professions related to Art and Creativity;
- To explore practices in Non-Formal Learning, Creativity, and Education through Art;
- To use new & innovative web tools.
Participating countries: Austria, Portugal, Italy, Netherlands.
