Training Course

Ofensiva Tinerilor is offering this spring a face-to-face Thematic Awareness Training on the topic of inclusion of persons with disabilities into the usual activities of the organization and adapting the activities to their needs, in order for them to be inclusive. We intend to involve a group of 23 youth workers coming from different countries Erasmus+ Programme Countries who are interested to be familiar with methods that can be used by youth workers and teachers to promote tolerance and a more inclusive environment during the activities of the organizations.
As we believe that young people like to learn from each other to embrace their diversity the working methods are nonformal and based on a peer education approach.
The training course will be organized for 7 full working days, additional 2 travel days are planned for each participant. Accommodation and meals are covered by the Erasmus+ program and no participation fee is required.
Accommodation will be organized in a hotel in rooms of 2 or 3 persons with the training room nearby and access to the internet.

Interested participants must have a sending organization to be eligible to participate in the course and must fill in their application up until the 3rd of May 2022.

Accommodation and food
Accommodation, meals, and training materials are covered by the Erasmus+ grant we received for this training.
Travel reimbursement
Will be reimbursed based on the Erasmus+ flat rates, using the EU distance calculator from the residence of the participants up until the venue of the project. Reimbursement will be done by bank transfer once all travel documents are given to the organizers.
For travel distances between 100 and 499 KM: 180 EUR per participant
For travel distances between 500 and 1999 KM: 275 EUR per participant
For travel distances between 2000 and 2999 KM: 360 EUR per participant
For travel distances between 3000 and 3999 KM: 530 EUR per participant
