PBA Partners UP!

Partnership-building Activity

9-16 December 2026 | Zebrzydowice, Poland

Partners Up! is an international Partnership Building Activity designed for organisations who want to move beyond networking and develop meaningful European cooperation projects together.

Partners Up! is a Partnership Building Activity for representatives of European organisations that are ready to actively develop, write and submit new international cooperation projects.

With a particular focus on Erasmus+ Small-scale Partnerships (KA210), Cooperation Partnerships (KA220) and other relevant European funding opportunities, Partners Up! is designed as a practical working space where organisations can find the right partners, build project consortia and transform shared ideas into concrete project concepts.

From partnership to project concept

Partners Up! goes beyond networking.

Our plan is to bring together 25 participants representing around 20 different European organisations, creating a diverse pool of organisational experience, expertise, target groups and project ideas.

During the PBA, participants will present their organisations and their potential for international cooperation, identify common needs and interests, form project consortia and work together on the framework of future European projects.

Each participant will have the opportunity to work on at least two different project concepts within international consortia.

The working process will focus on developing the foundations of each project, including:

- needs and challenges to be addressed;

-target groups;

-project objectives;

-partnership and consortium;

-roles and contributions of partner organisations;

-key activities and working methods;

-expected results and impact;

-sustainability and follow-up;

-next steps towards project development and submission.

The aim is not necessarily to complete an application during the PBA, but to leave with a clear project framework, a strong consortium and a concrete project concept that can be further developed towards submission.

Who are we looking for?

Partners Up! is primarily designed for representatives of organisations that are ready to develop, write and submit European cooperation projects.

We particularly welcome project coordinators, project managers, project developers, NGO leaders and other representatives who have the mandate and organisational capacity to initiate new international cooperation.

Priority will be given to participants and organisations that are ready and willing to take a leading role in project development and act as an applicant/coordinator for future KA210, KA220 or other European cooperation projects.

Participants are welcome to bring their own project ideas, needs or topics they would like to explore. At the same time, they should be open to contributing their expertise to project concepts initiated by other organisations.

What do we want to achieve?

By the end of Partners Up!, we aim to have created a space where organisations do not simply exchange contacts, but build working partnerships around concrete ideas.

Participants should leave with new international partners, experience of working within different potential consortia, concrete project concepts and clear next steps towards future applications.

Partners Up! is about moving from “we should do something together” to “this is what we want to create, these are the partners, and this is how we move forward.”
