PBA on Social Inclusion in Erasmus+ project
Partnership-building Activity
6-10 November 2022 | Milano, Italy
This PBA on Social Inclusion in Erasmus+ projects, aims at creating a network of organizations active at a European level, that will work to improve the involvement of participants with fewer opportunities in Youth Exchanges. In particular, the network will commit to:
- Create common standards for inclusion in mobility project, working on a Position Paper that will be sent to EACEA and other relevant stakeholders;
- Create mutual partnerships on projects thought to be accessible to participants with fewer opportunities;
- Improve the preparation of youth workers and youth leaders, so that they will be able to support participants with fewer opportunities during the mobility activities.
Each organization will involve 1 member of the staff with a key role in the organization, who, besides the meeting in Italy on November 6-10, will be also involved in 2 online preparatory meetings, that will take place in October, and 1 online follow-up meeting that will take place in December.

Costs
Participation fee
No participation fee is expected.
Accommodation and food
Organisation costs will be covered by the Erasmus+ programme.
Travel reimbursement
Travel costs will be reimbursed in the framework of Erasmus+ distance bands, taking into account also the green travel option.
- 100-499km: 180€ (traditional travel), 210€ (green travel);
- 500-1999km: 275€ (traditional travel), 320€ (green travel);
- 2000+ km: 360€
