Empowering Youth Through Career Guidance and Employability Skills
The Path to Success Training Course is part of the Erasmus+ KA2 Cooperation Partnership project “Path to Success – Empowering Youth for the Future through Career Guidance”, coordinated by Asociația Be You (Romania) in partnership with Spark Foundation (Poland), ZPTM Brežice (Slovenia), and Youthfully Yours (Slovakia).
Context
In today’s fast-changing labour market, young people often face uncertainty when planning their professional future — balancing skills, ambitions, and opportunities. The Path to Success project was created to help them navigate this transition.
This training course equips youth workers, educators, and career counselors with innovative career guidance tools and methods that make career counseling practical, inclusive, and engaging.
About the Training Course
This international training course for youth workers focuses on career guidance, employability, and non-formal education.
Participants will explore how to implement and adapt the project’s main educational tools:
1.Career Guidance in Action Handbook – A collection of 20 tested good practices in youth career orientation.
2.Career Counseling Program – A structured educational toolkit with sessions on self-awareness, soft skills, and labour market exploration.
3. Job Interview Card Game – A gamified learning tool that helps young people prepare for job interviews in an interactive and fun way.

Participants Profile
The Path to Success Training Course is open to youth workers, trainers, and career counselors from Erasmus+ Programme Countries who are actively working with young people.
Participants should:
Priority will be given to participants working with disadvantaged youth or NEETs.
Methodology
The training uses non-formal education methods, including workshops, simulations, and gamified learning, allowing participants to experience the project results in action.
Participants will co-create local initiatives using these tools to strengthen youth employability and career readiness.

Accommodation and food are covered by the Erasmus programme.
Regarding the Erasmus+ rules, we are able to cover travel costs up to:
Between 100 and 499 KM: 211 EUR per participant - Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Serbia.
Between 500 and 1999 KM: 309 EUR per participant- Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Netherlands, Hungary, Turkiye, Liechtenstein.
Between 2000 and 2999 KM: 395 EUR per participant - Finland, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Norway.
