Based on the self-assessment and learning plan, all participants of the training course are expected to implement their own practice and analyse it. The support from the team will be provided for this phase. Facilitation of learning process is not only evaluation and documentation of learning outcomes, but also setting target-oriented learning goals. Facilitator has to see the potential of the learner: to motivate the learner, to give ideas, tips, and feedback, to offer resources, to ask supportive questions and listen to them. The facilitator is responsible for putting learning on the agenda and supporting the creation of a good learning environment. And, over all, facilitator brings people together!
