PartnershipLab

Partnership-building Activity

1-7 September 2026 | Kolín, Czech Republic

“PartnershipLab” is an Erasmus+ Partnership-building Activity created to facilitate networking and share innovative educational tools among youth workers and representatives of educational youth NGOs in Europe working with the Erasmus+ Programme.

Specific Objectives of the Activity:

  • To strengthen cooperation and build new connections
This activity aims to bring together participants from different organizations and backgrounds to create meaningful connections and encourage long-term cooperation. It will provide space for networking, exchanging ideas, and discovering organizations with similar interests and values for future collaborations.
  • To explore and exchange educational methods and non-formal learning tools
Participants will share educational activities, workshops, games, and non-formal learning methods that they use in their work with young people. Through this exchange, participants will gain inspiration, discover new approaches, and enrich their educational practice with creative and engaging tools.
  • To co-create ideas for future Erasmus+ Youth projects
The activity will support participants in developing new project ideas together and preparing the ground for future cooperation within Erasmus+ Youth. Based on participants’ interests and needs, the group will work on designing impactful and high-quality project concepts as potential follow-up initiatives.
  • To learn from each other’s experiences and successful practices
Participants will exchange experiences related to implementing youth projects, including challenges faced, successful approaches, and lessons learned. This sharing of practices will help participants gain practical inspiration and improve the quality of their future activities and partnerships.

Participant Profile:

The event is designed for active members of NGOs, trainers, and project managers working within the Erasmus+ programme (YOUTH sector).

During this partnership-building activity, we will explore and exchange educational tools developed or used by partner organizations.

If you don’t have a specific tool to share you are still very welcome to join and contribute to networking and discussions!
