Partnership Building Activity - Strengthening collaboration for youth mental health, safeguarding and gender equality

The Partnership Building Activity in Riga (21–24 October 2025) is a four-day event exclusively for representatives of youth organizations. Its mission is to connect NGOs from across Europe, foster collaboration, and lay the groundwork for joint projects addressing mental health, safeguarding, and gender equality in youth work.

The first three days, the Partnership Building Activity, will focus on networking, knowledge sharing, and strategic planning. Representatives of participating organizations will collaborate to design innovative, cross-border initiatives that empower at-risk youth. On the fourth day, the conference will welcome a broader audience for expert presentations, panel discussions, and interactive workshops exploring best practices and innovative approaches to creating safer, more inclusive youth spaces.

This event is designed for organizations that want to:

Build strong international partnerships in the youth sector

Co-create sustainable, high-impact projects

Integrate trauma-informed care, safeguarding principles, and gender perspectives into their work with youth

Important: This event is not open to individuals applying on their own. Applications are only accepted from representatives of NGOs or youth organizations ready to collaborate on future initiatives.

Organized by 35 Above (Latvia) and Academy of Experience (Hungary), this event offers a unique opportunity to turn shared values into actionable partnerships.

Please note: On October 25, there will be a network meeting exclusively for existing members of the Future is Youth network, which is not part of the open program.
