The general objective of this project is to improve the competency development of the participants in youth participation, with the following specific objectives:
- Establish a shared understanding of the concept of youth participation, analyzing its principles, levels and dimensions.
- Define the preconditions for youth participation: how and why young people become active in their communities.
- Share different ideas, practices and visions about youth participation in the countries and contexts of the participants.
- Explore approaches, instruments and methods for youth participation.
In order to achieve our objectives we propose an activity whose working methods will be based on the principles of non formal education. We will combine theoretical units with practical learning, exchange of experiences and personal reflection. The participants will be invited to contribute actively to the activity through dynamic and interactive sessions, workshops, teamwork tasks, debates ...

The hosting organization of this offer will organize the accommodation and cover the costs for accommodation and food.
Travel reimbursement
Travel reimbursement according to the received grants from the Erasmus+ program, based on the results of the distance calculator supported by the European Commission (http://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/tools/distance_en.htm)
For travel distances between 10 and 99KM: EUR 23 per participant
For travel distances between 100 and 499 KM: EUR 180 per participant
For travel distances between 500 and 1 999 KM: EUR 275 per participant
For travel distances between 2 000 and 2 999 KM: EUR 360 per participant
For travel distances between 3 000 and 3 999 KM: EUR 530 per participant
For travel distances between 4 000 and 7 999 KM: EUR 820 per participant
For travel distances of 8 000 KM or more: EUR 1500 per participant
