The "Start UP: Entrepreneurship Exchange" is a 10-day program in Berlin for empowering youth workers from Germany and Turkey. It includes interactive sessions on entrepreneurship, visits to startups and co-working spaces.

The Start UP: Entrepreneurship Exchange is a program aimed at empowering youth workers in Germany and Turkey. Spanning over a duration of 10 days, the program includes two days dedicated to arrival and departure. With one program taking place in Berlin and the other in Istanbul, we invite 12 participants from each country per program.

The aim of this training is to provide valuable insights and knowledge to the participants with a focus on entrepreneurship. The program will consist of various activities and sessions. Key topics covered include the role of individual entrepreneurs in society, the process of finding partners to build projects, and the functioning of the internet in relation to entrepreneurship.

As part of the program, participants will also visit co-working spaces, successful start-up companies, and incubators. They will engage in discussions and reflection groups, and develop a dissemination strategy for the knowledge gained during the training. This project is co-funded by the German Turkish Youth Bridge.

Participation fee

40 Euro

Accommodation and food

For international participants, accommodation and travel costs (max EUR 190) are covered. However, national participants aren't eligible for these provisions. All participants will receive food during the program.

Travel reimbursement

For participants from Turkey the travel reimbursement for flights up to 190 Euro will be reimbursed.
