PALYANYCIA *meeting place for activists for Ukraine Activist Summer School
Join our summer school for young activists from Ukraine, Poland and Germany to learn more about Ukrainian history, culture, language and to exchange our ideas on activism for Ukraine in times of the Russian war.
The camp will provide us time and space to address the feelings we have in this difficult situation. And to do so we’ll use various creative tools: music, paintings, poems, filmmaking. We invite activists from Ukraine who fled to EU countries and Ukrainians who stayed in the country, as well as activists from Poland and Germany to join our summer school. We will stay in a historic water castle. This place will provide an opportunity to take a break and find some new energy for the work as activists and volunteers. We will learn about activism for Ukraine in Wrocław and get to know the work of our host: the Jan Nowak-Jeziorański College for Eastern Europe.
Our common language will be English and we will also use Ukrainian, Polish and German to enrich our language skills.

Costs: Project participation, accommodation and food are free of charge. A reimbursement for travelling costs up to 200 Euro per person will be provided additionally.
The project is implemented by DRA e.V. (Berlin) in cooperation with Ukrainian NGO «Tolerance in you» with financial support of German Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
