Training Course
23-29 October 2026 | Benalmadena, Malaga, Spain
The youth sector is constantly evolving, requiring organizations to be adaptable and prepared for sudden shifts and future challenges. The training course "[ES-820] Organizational development for preparedness: Fostering resilience in youth NGOs" is designed specifically for professionals active in the fields of non-formal learning and youth work who want to strengthen their organizations from the inside out.
Taking place in Benalmadena, Spain, from October 23nd to 29th, 2026, this mobility will gather youth workers and project managers from across Europe and partner countries. The training focuses on evaluating and enhancing operational frameworks to promote a culture of proactive resilience within youth projects and non-governmental organizations.
This training is exclusively targeted at applicants working directly in the field of non-formal learning and youth work. We are looking for:
24 participants from EU Member States, third countries associated with the programme.
Inclusion: We actively encourage applications from individuals facing fewer opportunities (economic, geographical, or social obstacles), with 4 dedicated spots available.
Sustainability: We prioritize environmental responsibility and have 3 dedicated spots for participants utilizing Green Travel (train, bus, or carpooling).
The training will be grounded in non-formal education principles. Through interactive workshops, group discussions, and the analysis of successful case studies, attendees will explore strategies that improve organizational preparedness. A core component of the program is the development of tailored action plans, empowering participants to confidently implement effective tools to enhance their organizations' resilience and readiness for upcoming challenges in the youth sector.
