Online Partnership Building Activity (PBA) for Erasmus+ KA1 Youth Projects

E-learning

7 May 2026 | Online, Latvia

The Online Partnership Building Activity (PBA) for Erasmus+ (KA1) Youth Projects aims to support youth organizations in establishing new international contacts and developing partnerships for future Erasmus+ projects.

Many organizations working in the youth field experience challenges in identifying reliable international partners and building sustainable cooperation for Erasmus+ projects. Limited opportunities for networking and exchange can make it more difficult to develop quality project ideas and respond effectively to the needs of young people.

This online activity provides a structured space for networking, exchange of experiences, and partnership development. Participants will have the opportunity to present their organizations, share project ideas, and explore possibilities for cooperation within Erasmus+ (KA1) projects.

The activity will take place on 7 May 2026 at 14:00 CET via Zoom.

Participants are asked to register in advance. Further practical information and preparation details will be shared with registered participants.

The activity aims to:

• facilitate networking between youth organizations interested in Erasmus+ cooperation;
• support participants in finding potential partners for Erasmus+ KA1 youth projects;
• create space for sharing project ideas and areas of interest;
• encourage the development of quality partnerships for future cooperation.

Working methods

The activity will be implemented online using interactive and non-formal learning methods. Participants will:

• get to know each other and present their organizations;
• exchange experiences and areas of work in the youth field;
• participate in structured networking sessions and breakout discussions;
• explore opportunities for cooperation in future Erasmus+ youth mobility projects.

Target group

The activity is aimed at representatives of organizations working in the youth field who are interested in developing Erasmus+ KA1 youth projects.

Participants may include:

• youth workers and youth leaders;
• project coordinators and staff involved in international youth cooperation;
• representatives of organizations interested in establishing new international partnerships;
• participants with a working knowledge of English.

If your organization is looking for international partners and is interested in developing Erasmus+ youth mobility projects, this online partnership building activity will provide an opportunity to connect with potential partners and explore future cooperation.
