Online Partner Matching Lab for Youth Exchanges

Partnership-building Activity

Do you have a group of young people that are eager to plan and carry out a Youth Exchange, but you are missing the perfect partner(s)?

Are you a newcomer who doesn't have any clue of partners? Or experienced organisation within international youth work, but you are still looking for the one. Then this online partnership-building activity is for you.

Zoom link will be sent to the selected participants.

During the online PBA you will get to know other organsations that are in the same situation, looking for reliable partners and willing to create sustainable cooperation for youth exchange projects under Erasmus+ Programme.

Target Group

This training is designed for:

  • Youth workers (including for example school youth workers, outreach youth workers, social youth workers and other specialised youth workers)
  • NGO staff and practitioners in the youth field
  • Youth work educators and trainers working with young people
  • Young people who joins together with the youth worker
  • Volunteers working regularly and in a meaningful role in the youth work field

This training is not suitable for:

  • Formal education staff (teachers, school curators, school nurses etc.)
  • Other professionals who are not working in the youth field / in youth work
  • Other individuals (such as students etc.) with personal interest in the topic

Participants should:

  • Have a relevant role in work with young people
  • Be willing to share experiences and actively participate in the sessions

The activity aims to:

  • facilitate networking between youth organisations interested in Erasmus+ cooperation
  • support participants in finding potential partners for Erasmus+ youth exchange projects
  • create space for sharing project ideas and areas of interest
  • encourage the development of quality partnerships for future cooperation

The activity happens online and it uses e.g.

  • presentations
  • group work
  • discussions
  • using online platforms to collect ideas and comments

The event is run by experienced youth exchange trainers from Finland.
