Hear the news! Increase your knowledge on European Solidarity Corps and Erasmus+ programmes, their new opportunities and changes. Build your future projects on SOLID grounds! Transfer good practice from EVS to the new reality of volunteering activities.
This seminar aims to bring together EVS/ volunteering activities coordinators and project managers and create an inspirational learning space for exchange of experience and good practice. The program will include information and discussions about changes in volunteering projects in the Erasmus + programme and European Solidarity Corps programme, sharing of good practice among different organisations and countries and will offer a great possibility for developing partnerships and networks. The presence of officers from national agencies of Erasmus+ Youth in Action will ensure the latest information and lots of questions being answered. :) For development of competencies and personal development of coordinators there will be a variety of workshops of your choice on topics such as communication, project management, conflict management, how to support learning etc. And also we want to meet, talk, share and have fun! ★ AIM: ★ to help the coordinators and project managers with transition from EVS to European Solidarity Corps and Erasmus+ Volunteering Activities by increasing knowledge of the new opportunities and supporting quality development in their projects. ★ OBJECTIVES: ★ * To increase knowledge of volunteering projects in both Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programmes including basic rules and new opportunities * To enhance overall quality of volunteering activities * To support networking and to encourage participants to create international partnerships * To share good practice, showcase high quality volunteering projects * To support organisational development through providing practical tools and approaches ★ HOW WILL WE WORK? ★ We will work in a non-formal learning setting, with an interactive and participatory methodology creating a space to learn together and from each others`experience. The flow of the course will be based on your motivation, questions and impulses to learn as we wish to co-create the program on a solid ground of Your actual needs. We are designing and implementing the Training Course in a mutual cooperation with representative from the NAs so YOU will get first hand news and updates about the changes in the Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps Program as also the possibility for consultancy and professional support about formal issues and procedures of application. We invite You to join and co-create this inspiring journey to design together quality future volunteering projects on the ground of the new circumstances of European Solidarity Corps ★ WHO IS IN THE TRAINERS TEAM? ★ Bára Rodi, Czech Republic: trainers.salto-youth.net/BaraRodi/ Free lance trainer and project manager Bára has fallen in love with international volunteering when she did her EVS in Denmark in 2005. Since then she has been working as an EVS coordinator, mentor, accreditor, and most of all EVS trainer. Since 2007 she has been in the Czech pool of EVS trainers, delivering trainings both for the volunteers and the organisations supporting them. Her main fields of expertise related to the course are project management, cross-cultural cooperation, communication, DEOR, PR and visibility of NGO’s. Tomek Lubotzki, Poland/Berlin: trainers.salto-youth.net/tomasz.lubotzki/ TOMEK LUBOTZKI - is connected to the topic of EVS since the beginning of his experience with the youth work. He is working as a trainer within the EVS reality for already more than 12years and having practical experience wit EVS as a former EVS, Mentor, Corodinator and Trainer. He is working as a freelanced trainer & youth worker in various EVS related contexts (polish NA Trainers´ pool, SOHO-network course, CABUWAZI), building his facilitation approach connecting learning holistically with heart, mind and soul.

This project is financed by the Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme TCA 2017 budget. Being selected for this course, all costs (accommodation, travel, visa, etc.) relevant to participation in the course will be covered by the NAs involved in this project - except a participation fee which varies from call to call and country to country.
