Nordic Evaluation Seminar, Stockholm edition

We would like to welcome participants from Erasmus+, YiA- Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden to a Nordic Evaluation seminar, where the aim is: to evaluate your own projects, to share your ideas, to network and to bring your learning forward.
This seminar gives you the possibility to meet, to evaluate, to share experience and network with the beneficiaries from five Nordic countries having NA staff from all 5 NAs present as well.
You as a participant will be invited to look back at your project, to evaluate it, to demonstrate its impact and to look forward by sharing your ideas on how to bring the learnings from your project into new projects in the future.
Most of the seminar will take place in groups, divided by the type of project you have implemented, by National Agency and also by different topics relevant to you and/or your project.
The hotel where the seminar is held is situated 15 minutes by shuttle bus from Arlanda airport, Stockholm. We expect participants to arrive before 11 o’clock on the 20th and depart on the 22nd. Participants who have got a long journey can arrive one day early. This should be agreed upon beforehand with the National Agency of the participant. The rooms available are limited, so please consider your need.
The detailed seminar program will be attached within short. Working language will be English.

Costs
This seminar is financed by the Erasmus+: Youth in Action Programme; TCA2018. Being selected for the seminar all costs (accommodation, travel, visa, etc.) relevant to participation in the course will be covered by the NAs involved in this project - except a participation fee which varies from country to country. Please contact your NA to learn more about the financial details, and how to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
