Newcomers to Rural Reality

Partnership-building Activity

15-20 October 2025 | Olteni, Prahova, Romania

Are you an organization working in rural areas? Join us and many others that face the same struggles, to build common approaches.

Newcomers to Rural Reality addreses to new organizations that work in rural areas all over Europe and would like to partner up with other organizations in order to internationalize their work and start mobility projects and/ strategic partnerships meant to bring more visibility and support in theor communities. 

Also, this PBA is a chance to learn from the 13 years of work and approach in countryside Romania and to get some tips and tricks. 

There will be as well plenty of time and space for sharing, bonding and networking.

Curba de Cultură's mission is to work with and for young people in rural areas. This work is done for over 13 years through 3 youth centres out of which one is mobile, international volunteers, a radio station and a summer festival, an international conference and numerous projects focused on the development of young people in rural areas.

All this work has been done with a blend of mobilities, international volunteering and local projects, all mixed with researches and needs analysis in order to provide the most suitable approach towards the needs of young people and their rural communities.

Participation fee

There is no participation fee

Accommodation and food

Accomodation and meals are provided through the Erasmus+ grant, as well as materials and training.
Details are in the infopack.

Travel reimbursement

According to the limits of the 2024 Erasmus+ programme guide and according to the Erasmus+ distance calculator. 
Green transport support will be available as well. 
The reimbursement will be done through the organization you represent and that signed a Partnership Agreement with us, for the implementation of this project.
No reimbursements are done in cash or individually.  

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
