My Inner Compass

We decided to focus on the development of individual capacity of youth because we believe that awareness of own true identity can bring the opportunity to grow according to own true self. Youth workers equiped in the set of tools will be able to reach youth who are seeking the ways to find their better selves. In this way they will have a chance to become inspiring and active leaders for others.

The training will consist of various methods which can be used later by youth workers in their daily work as well as in their private practice for better well-being. As activities will also focus on increasing participants' abilities to self-reflect and understand themselves better, they will be better prepared in implementing them later in a workplace with young people.

We will cover the topics of own beliefs and values, connect to our needs, bodies and emotions. Develop competences in Non Violent Communication, dive into our true nature as the source of our inner wisdom and express authentically.

In this training you will:

• acquire knowledge related to self-awareness as a tool to empower in being an inspiring leader
• develop skills of self-reflection and understanding yourself better
• develop competence in building meaningul and deep relationship with others
• learn to apply those methods in your work with youth
• become more self-aware as well as more confident in leading others as well as motivated to implement learned methods in your own work with others
